Students of both institutions took part in lectures on topics like Global financial crises and customer behaviour or Introduction to relevant internationalization theories. Moreover, they participated in workshops organized by regional firms and institutions which are active in the international market, e.g. Katowice Special Economic Zone, Mecalux, Vattenfall or Maspex Group.

The German students got to know our region through site visits to the Tyskie Brewery or „Królowa Luzia" Monumental Coal Mine in Zabrze. They were acquainted with Polish history while visiting Cracow, the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz Birkenau Mausoleum.

The whole event was observed and registered by a local German TV station KW-TV (Kompetenz aus Wildau). As a result an interesting article and film about the seminar and our University was published in Germany.
