The thesis deals with a problem vital for economics: innovative methods of building consumer behaviour models in the particularly sensitive market of financial services. The models, based on empirical research, have a great methodological significance, and at the same time they may be used for decision-making by financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies or government agencies interested in cash management by citizens.
The awards were granted to 9 researchers, for theses selected from all fields of study.
